WORKERS PARTY OF MASSACHUSETTS
WEEKLY UPDATE 5/24 - WORKERS PARTY OF MASSACHUSETTS
DONATE TODAY TO SUPPORT INDEPENDENT SOCIALIST POLITICAL ACTION IN MASSACHUSETTS
The Workers Party of Massachusetts is running independent working class socialist candidates for political office and we need your help to make these campaigns count.
This may sound contradictory but it takes money to fight capitalism and even low-budget campaigns can get expensive fast. We need your help to raise funds for printing, postage, signage, stickers, and all the other costs of getting our message out.
THE WORKERS PARTY NEEDS VOLUNTEERS TO HELP GATHER SIGNATURES ACROSS MASSACHUSETTS
The overall goal of the Workers Party of Massachusetts is to build a statewide working class political organization based on revolutionary socialist principles and connected to mass movements in the streets. The Workers Party believes that the most direct route to achieving this goal is to utilize elections to run working class candidates on a shared socialist program. The experience of the Workers Party since our formation in 2020 has shown that campaigns for the State Legislature can help to establish local party organizations in working class communities and our plans for 2022 are to expand on this experience by campaigning for statewide office in Massachusetts.
You can help secure a space on the ballot for a statewide Workers Party candidate by volunteering to gather signatures for the Nick Giannone for State Auditor campaign. We need 5000 signatures by August 2nd and this will require a collective effort from working class people across the state. Please get in touch for more details about how you can get involved.
